Shipping policy

Once we have received your order, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Please be advised; BHASHEBA products are made in small batches to ensure formulation accuracy and optimal freshness.  Processing time is determined by; order queue, size of the order, and batch session. BHADSHEBA offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50.  Due to carrier/logistics delays, we ask that you please anticipate at least 3-7 business days for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING packages to arrive.     

 Please note:  Alternatively; customers also have the option to upgrade their shipping -  to an "Expedited Shipping Service" during checkout. (Expedited shipping is paid by the customer). 

• Upon checkout, you will receive an automated (Order Confirmation) email.

• Once we ship your order, you will receive a (Shipping Notification) letting you know your package is on the way!  Tracking information will be included in this email so you can monitor the delivery process at your convenience. 

Currently, we are only shipping to the US and Canada. 

There may be exceptions, however. International guests, please contact wecare@bhadsheba.com ahead of placing an order.  Failure to contact first may result in the cancellation of your order.

 

BHADSHEBA reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions policy.
