Refund policy

Purchases made at bhadsheba.com may be returned within 30 days of receiving your delivery.   This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at returns@bhadsheba.com. From there, we will get the return/refund process started for you, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your return package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and issue a refund within 1-3 business days.  You will be automatically refunded through your original payment method.  Please allow your bank or credit card company appropriate time to process and post the refund to your account.
